Dear Dad, Me and Jacomi are on holiday in America and everywhere we go I think of you..... in Arizona thinking of cowboy films, in Hollywood thinking of your love of movies, in Hawaii saying if only you could be here with us at the hotel having a drink and enjoying the ocean......
